Pretty upset with this. I used this several times and ways and the bleach wouldn’t stay inside the stencil.

I do love my stencils! I will give you credit for that!!! However, I really think you should change your turn stound time. I believe when placing my first order it stated that it a 8 business days and obvious shipping days as well. Which is completely understandable and not unreasonable, what has upset me as a customer is it seems as it's become on a in order received maybe? First order was a month, second another month. Next, I decided to take advantage of your experimental acrylic stencils because I thought it would be fun, I waited about 3 weeks, maybe longer to find out you decided not to do then and refunded the money. It was very unfortunate. Don't get me wrong..I love your work, but it is frustrating waiting so long with no word, and not wanting to reach out because you take offense to every inbox, email, the chat now option. I reached out one time, one after about a month and you responded back with a very unprofessional response..."Would you like a refund?" That shocked me. I just asked for an update.
Recieved my order and love the templates! Just have to practice now! :)
